Our team of instructors have carefully been selected for their passion, dedication, energy, respect and AMAZING personalities. At Pure Cycle we are dedicated to offering you the best indoor cycling has to offer.

Do I need to be in shape to take a class?
Indoor cycling is adaptable to all fitness levels. Each rider is able to control his or her resistance level and speed. Our instructors will encourage you to push you to your limits and perform to the best of your ability. No experience is necessary to participate in a class. Ultimately, you decide how hard your work on any given ride.

What do I need to bring with me to class?
Wear cycling appropriate attire, tennis shoes or cycling shoes, towels and water bottle.

Do I need to have cycling shoes to participate?
No, but course cycling shoes are best and will enhance your experience with a more effective workout. Each blade ion bike is equipped with dual sided pedals to accommodate either type of footwear. No sandals, dress shoes, boots or socks allowed. We offer cycling shoes for purchase. If you are interested in purchasing cycling shoes, ask any instructor or the front desk for assistance.

Do you have changing rooms or locker rooms?
We offer changing rooms and cubbies are provided for you to store your belongings during class.

What is a class like?
Each class is 45 or 60 minutes and includes a warm up, variety of hills, climbs, jumps, sprints, and a cool down and stretching. The rider is in control of resistance and speed.

What class is best for a first time rider?
All classes are open to all levels of riders. Go at your own pace and HAVE FUN!

What type of music do your play?
Each of our instructors design a playlist to include a variety of genres. With exception are the PURE Rock and PURE Country classes, which are designed with playlists of all rock and all country.

How do I reserve/cancel a class?
Click this link to Mindbody. Create an account and from there you can reserve a bike or cancel a reservation. You may also call the studio.

Do you have memberships?
We offer 1 month, 3 month and 6 month memberships along with ride packages. You can purchase single rides, 5, 10, 20 and 50 ride packages. The more rides you purchase, the less you pay per class.

Do ride packages expire?
Yes. 5, 10, 20 have a 6-month expiration and the 50 ride package has a 1 year expiration.

What is your cancellation policy?  effective 12/15/2016
You must cancel your class 4 hours prior to your scheduled class or you will be charged $5.00 for a no show/late cancel, no exceptions, ZERO tolerance.  You also forfeit your ride session. Pure Cycle reserves the right to give your seat to someone on the wait list. All seats will be released 5 minutes before the start of class.  Mindbody time stamps all transactions and a daily report will be generated.  If your credit card is on file, it WILL BE CHARGED.  If no card is on file, an account charge will be added which means you will have a negative balance.  This is for benefit of ALL riders, those on waitlists are patiently waiting to get into classes.  Too often cancellations occur with such little notice, it does not give other riders enough time to get to the studio.  Thank you for your cooperation.

What are your hours of operation?
30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after all scheduled classes. If you would like to tour the studio at another time or purchase gift certificates, please call the studio or click contact us and we will schedule to have staff on site at your convenience.

What is your class etiquette?
CHECK IN! Please be ready 5 minutes before class is scheduled to begin. Waitlist then opens up to walk-ins. Treat front desk and instructors as you would like to be treated. Once music is rocking, no talking. Respect and be kind to other riders. Stay for cool down and final stretch. If you need to leave early, please let your instructor know prior to start of class.

Do you offer babysitting?
No. Not at this time. Please express interest to the front desk.

If you still have questions, we are here to help! Feel free to call the studio at (330)-286-9106
